Model length: 13.5 mm, thick incisal area
Structure: 2/3 crown + implant hole, thin cervical area
Original: 14 mm zirconia blank — insufficient for ideal shade layering
Recommended: 16 mm zirconia blank
2. Layout Position Determines Shade
14 mm blank: restoration placed high → excessive incisal translucent layer → lighter shade
16 mm blank: restoration positioned lower → crown body in ideal shade layer → natural, balanced appearance
3. Strict Sintering Required
