The kit includes four main color system of ABCD, 12 special effect colors, transparent glaze and diluent. No need to mix powder and liquid before use, paste-like glaze is with fine particles and uniform coloring. Each paste can be freely matched to achieve a satisfactory effect.

Step 1: Prepare before operation
• Before delving into the staining and glazing process, it is essential to gather all the necessary materials. Besides the Bloomden CeramStar Paste Stain/Glaze kit, porcelain restorations, a firing tray, mixing stick, a palette and a porcelain furnace for firing.
• Put the required color into the color palette.
Step 2: Preparing the restoration surface
• Polish and clean the restoration with steam to remove any debris or contaminants. A clean surface ensures proper adhesion and consistent color distribution.
Step 3: Stain/Glaze
Dip your brush into the Bloomden CeramStar Paste Stain that matches the desired color. Use gentle, even strokes to ensure a uniform distribution of the stain. Pay close attention to the restoration's anatomy and mimic the natural dentition.
• Wetting the surface with coloring liquid.
• Apply a layer of glaze paste on the surface including the side of jaw.
• Painting main color.
• Use Blue 1 at the incisal end to create translucency
• Simulate potential fracture or white spot with white color.
Step 4: Check
• Check carefully after staining the restoration. And then place the restoration on the firing tray and ensure it is appropriately positioned.
Step 5: Firing the Restoration
Follow the Bloomden instructions for CeramStar Paste Stain/Glaze to ensure optimal results. Use a porcelain furnace capable of accurate temperature control to avoid any damage or distortion during firing.
Precautions
1. Do not pour out the excess glaze liquid in the paste bottle.
2. Mix the paste and glaze evenly to ensure the consistency and operation.
3. Use a clean and dry stain brush, do not mix water into the paste. Otherwise, white foggy particles might be produced after sintering.
4. During the paste preparation, add an appropriate amount of diluent and mix thoroughly in a clockwise direction to ensure that there are no air bubbles.
5. Before external stain, please use steam or ultrasonic vibration cleaning machine to clean the surface.
