This type machine can be used for every dental lab. You all can have one! It is widely used for porcelain, glaze and glass ceramics.

The whole set includes two parts, main machine and vaccum pump. Total weight is about 35kgs.

Connection:

The position: The device must be put at least 25-30cm away from the wall. Be assure that the porcelain furnace must be under normal ventilation environment. At the same time, please make sure the sockets nearby the power source. The instrument board behind must be connected firmly.

Connecting the device to the mains powder supply. First connect the vacuum pump, power supply and tube connection.

Operation

Then let us move to the main machine. The highest temperature is 1200℃. The highest increasing temperature rate is 200℃/minute.

When we do porcelain and glaze, please choose first 1 STEP Firing. If we put glass ceramics inside, please choose 2 STEP.

Press NO 1 Step Firing,then put into parameters according glaze sintering curve. It includes pre-termperature, pre-time, first stage turn on/off, temperature rate, the highest temperature etc.You can see our start temperature is 450 Celsius. The highest is 840 Celsius. It depends on your glaze guidance. Then start it, the whole procedure will be automatically. The tray will be up and down by itself. When it finish,it will be alarm. Only 10 minutes for glazing, 15 minutes for porcelain. 20 minutes for glass ceramics.
